MCB files released May 2021 and later now have placement and tack down for PEN LOOPS! See the READ ME pdf for more details. The FOE placement has also been moved to the back cover instead of the front! The rolled elastic holder and binding options are still on the spine, so you can choose your binding method and skip the others!
